Shrewsbury House School celebrated World Book Day in absolute style this week. As part of our celebrations, children’s author Aisling Fowler joined us to promote her second book in the Fireborn fantasy fiction series: Fireborn: Phoenix and the Frost Palace.
Boys in Year 3 and Year 4 also joined a Virtual Author Q&A Session with Michael Morpurgo. A question from one of our Shrewsbury House boys was the first to be read out in this national online event.
The day concluded with our Accelerated Readers joining our Executive Head, Mrs Hubbard, for a spectacular Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland-themed Millionaire Tea Party.
