
Year 6 students were asked to produce models on river basins to support their studies in Geography lessons this term. Students could use any materials and use these models as an educational tool to show the different land forms and processes. Miss Malory, Head of Geography, said, ‘The result was spectacular and it was a challenge to judge the winner. The boys were certainly innovative in their creations, including one which had actual running water powered by solar energy! Many thanks for all the tremendous work put into these models. They have provided an excellent display in the New Block corridor’. Mr Davison, a keen Geographer, took on the difficult task of judging. The results were as follows:
