This year, two boys, assisted by representatives of the School Council, nominated this charity and were delighted to talk and present a video to the community about the special impact that ‘Make-A-Wish’ has on children’s lives. Well done to Charlie D and Joseph L for sharing their thoughts and explaining the importance of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. There are many ways in which we, as a community, can support Make-A-Wish foundation this year including the collection at the end of the Carol Service and our larger fundraising event, the sponsored run in the Spring Term. Thank you in advance for all the fundraising; as the boys have learnt, every penny does matter to the lives of those children fortunate enough to receive a ‘Wish’, of which there are 89 in our local area to support.
