Our amazing new Pavilion building has been designed to promote high energy savings. Enhanced insulation materials were used and all materials were chosen from a sustainable source.
The building is all electric and heated via state of the art ‘air source’ heat pumps which are highly energy efficient together with electric car charging points which have been incorporated into the design and are ready for the next generation of school transport.
Large areas of wild flowers have been planted to encourage biodiversity and detailed surveys took place to ensure the quality of the natural environment remained protected.
Bat boxes have also been installed and the external landscaping enhanced together with a base for a new forest school area in the future!
