Six of our students were invited to present their research, pertaining to the Discovery Programme entitled ‘Wildfowl, Wetlands and The Linnean Society,’ at The Linnean Society of London’s residence in Burlington House, Piccadilly. Felix W, James K, Leo P, Max S, Sam C and William L did an exemplary job in representing Shrewsbury House School and sharing poetry inspired by Robert McFarlane’s Lost Words, as well as their research concerning the classification of species they found at the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust Centre in Barnes, earlier this term.
