The whole School Community joined together to reflect on the messages of Remembrance including a roll call of the 69 young men who had been pupils of Shrewsbury House School, who left to serve their country, never to return; a reading of ‘In Flanders Fields’ and a moving rendition of the Last Post. A wreath was laid in the Assembly Hall beneath the empty chairs, which was then taken out to the Memorial in the playground.
