Thursday saw a huge turnout of boys and staff members dressed in colourful pyjamas, dressing-gowns and onesies to celebrate our own ‘share your bedtime story’ on World Book Day. It was truly delightful to see so many boys (and staff) embracing our environmentally friendly theme by digging out their favourite bedtime story, with many reminiscing about their younger years, to share with others.
The Library was packed at both breaks with a variety of activities including the ever popular annual ‘Guess the Staff’ competition. The Booky Book Swap also proved hugely popular, which saw the Library literally swamped with boys eager to swap their old books for another book to read.
