On Thursday, Year 3 embarked on an exciting trip to London, to visit the Tate Modern. The boys enjoyed interactive guided tours and impressed the guides with their artistic knowledge and use of language when discussing works of art. They saw many famous pieces of work by artists such as Picasso, Mondrian, Salvador Dali and Kandinsky, along with many modern contemporary artists.
The boys thoroughly enjoyed their experience and slipped into the role as budding art critics very comfortably. This was a very successful and inspirational day out for all.
