Year 6 spent the day at Rowan Prep attending their ‘Careers Fair’ in support of the PSHE programme. Our boys joined the Rowan Prep girls in a number of interactive workshops hosted by Rowan Prep parents from a number of different careers. From vets to dentists, geologists to nurses, sports coaches to lawyers and hospitality to journalists- there really was something for everyone. The boys embraced the opportunities and threw themselves into the practical aspects of the day which included laying a table, designing packaging for their own chocolate bar and administering a filling. There were many questions and this was a really good opportunity for the boys to consider many of the skills that they will need in any future career. A huge thank you to Rowan Prep for hosting such an informative and interesting day.
