The School runs a comprehensive transport service. For full details of the current routes, please look in the School Transport Service brochure below.
If you would like to use the transport service and do not see a convenient bus stop in your area, please contact the Fleet Manager, Martin Meacher via email: email@example.com. Although we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate you, we will endeavour to do so if we have a
sufficient number of boys to make the pick-up point feasible. All places are subject to availability.
The 2019-2020 cost of the transport service is £235.00 each way per term. This is added to the school bill.
If you are joining the School and you need further details on how the transport service operates, please contact the Registrar on 0208 399 3066 or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
On Board Safety
All Shrewsbury House School Trust buses and coaches are equipped with:
- fire extinguishers
- first aid kits
- an onboard ‘tracker’ system to enable the location of the bus/coach to be established at all times.
- The Trust’s policy is to ensure that as many staff as possible (including drivers) are trained in emergency first aid. View the School’s First Aid Policy, which includes the current list of staff trained in emergency first aid.
- Bus and coach drivers, including teaching staff undertake the Bus Driver Awareness Scheme Training (irrespective of their previous experience) and renew their qualification as required.
