Shrewsbury House School Trust Governors
Shrewsbury House School Trust is part of the St Paul’s School Group and St Paul’s School is the member. The Governing Body of Shrewsbury House School Trust, who are its Directors and Trustees, retain overall responsibility for the school within the Group.
By way of oversight and scrutiny, the Governing Body meets termly and reports to the St Paul’s School Group. Appointments are made to the Governing Body to ensure a range of specialist skills in order to maintain a strong balance of expertise. Current members include experts in education, safeguarding, financial management, law and policy and political management. No Trustee has any beneficial interest in the Company.
