Our spectacular STEAM day – integrating science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics across all year groups. Students moved from their usual schedules to engage in a day of planning, constructing, and tackling challenges. The primary objective of this event is to foster collaboration among diverse subjects, enabling each year group to conceptualise and create a project tailored to meet the criteria for their year group. The morning assembly allowed us to appreciate all the skills that would be required for the day including teamwork, collaboration, good communication and problem solving, as well as understanding that these skills are important in real life situations and STEAM related careers.
